Account Executive - Field Sales
Barcodes, Inc is a hardware integration company focused on delivering innovative solutions for mobility through handheld computing, barcode, RFID, labeling, and wireless infrastructure solutions within multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail and beyond.

Summary:
Barcodes, Inc. is seeking a driven, competitive, and experienced sales professional to help us grow both our existing client base and pursue new opportunities with a focus on data capture and mobility solutions.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales efforts for clients via phone calls, presentations, webinars, etc.
Take a consultative approach in the sales process while taking detailed notes and working with our support team to propose the appropriate solution
Create interest in the products and services Barcodes, Inc. provides
Become a "product expert" for our suite of products and services
Periodically travel for client meetings or trade shows

Relationships and Roles
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all Barcodes internal departments and partnerships with our manufacturers
Integral role in customer satisfaction. Dealing directly on customer complaints on product orders, service orders, and works diligently to resolve and escalate to Supervisor when required for prompt resolution
Participate in other duties and special projects that relate to the Sales Team
Preferred Characteristics / Skills:
Ability to develop and build long-term customer relationships with key decision makers
Driven, self-motivated, and a desire to be successful with a high sense of urgency
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to uncover customer needs, present effective solutions, and close the business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization and time management skills

Office and or other responsibilities:
Additional tasks as needed, as assigned by Supervisor

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's / Bachelor's degree preferred

A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales
