The Role: Data Analyst (Sales and Marketing)

As the Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall health and enrichment of one of our company's most important assets - our database of prospects. You will work directly with Marketing and Sales leadership to enrich the database through expanding the amount of information we have for every prospect and leveraging existing and new data points to drive scoring, prioritization and development of sales and marketing campaigns. You will use your analytical skills to help visualize risks and opportunities within the database and devise strategies to manage them.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee data hygiene and management across all key data points in our prospect database
Work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to augment firmographic data
Own the reporting and analytics across the prospect database, driving decision making and targeting for sales and marketing campaigns
Work with Data Science to constantly refine lead scoring based on existing and refreshed data points
Collaborate with Sr. Leadership to define, build, maintain quality scoring models to identify the best sources of new data and data points for leads
Circulate key learnings and findings to key internal stakeholders in Exec, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Statistics Background
Experience with Python preferred
2+ years of previous database management and/or analytics experience
Demonstrated expert-level Excel user
Proficiency with SQL including intermediate knowledge of relational databases, Snowflake experience preferred
Experience using Salesfore.com, Tableau Power BI or similar a plus
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong skills in effectively communicating with all levels of management and staff
Strong data-based decision making framework and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives and meet deadlines

Compensation: Min $80k OTE
