Job DescriptionAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our high-performing Logistics sales team, you will play a critical role in the company's success. As an SDR, you will be responsible for developing qualified opportunities from inbound leads as well as through creative outbound prospecting. This role is hybrid in nature but you may be asked to attend meetings or work from our downtown Chicago location based on an agreed upon schedule.WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive Inxeption's divisional growth
  • Ensure proper scheduling of sales walkthroughs and further sales engagement by working closely with Business Development Managers
  • Engage with key stakeholders at target prospects within a set region
  • Provide feedback and viewpoint from the customer and sales team to improve the Stack Overflow's product and business
  • Promote Inxeption's platform and communicate our unique value proposition within the industries we serve
  • Perform daily prospecting activities including:
    • Pre-call research and planning
    • Direct outreach through various channels
    • Lead nurture and follow up
    • Documentation of all engagement activities in our CRM
    • Social selling
    • Set walkthrough meetings for your BD ManagerWHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE

        • 1-3 years of proven excellence in business development, preferably in SaaS Logistics, or technology-based company
        • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong and professional presence to high-level executives
        • Ability to self-manage tasks and achieve target numbers for contacts and opportunities
        • A desire to pursue a career in logistics, software sales
        • Passion about the Inxeption story and our software's ability to help companies scale, succeed and grow their organizations
        • Persistent, analytical, competitive, enthusiastic, and resilient characteristics are preferred
