Job DescriptionJob Summary:

As an inside sales representative, your objective is to build customer loyalty and confidence by providing quality solutions and service. You will increase sales in assigned accounts by growing existing business and increasing share of wallet. In addition, as an inside sales rep you will identify and open new accounts through lead management and prospecting. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Understanding of product offerings in order to identify opportunities within customer base, ability to share value add with customers.
  • Use a consultative sales approach, offering customers products and solutions that meet their needs
  • Provide various products, pricing, inventory, and production information to customers.
  • Qualify and process leads to identify new accounts that align with company strategy
  • Build a pipeline of potential customers by researching entire account base, similar companies and leads.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest with a positive attitude at all times
  • Work closely with customer service, keeping them apprised of customer needs
  • Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership Job Qualifications:
    • Two to five years of Inside or Outside sales experience or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
    • Communication: Both strong listening and communications skills are critical.
    • Teamwork: Work across the organization to ensure customer needs are met
    • Persuasion: Skills in persuasion, influencing and education to close a sale
    • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer pain points
    • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Professional approach and demeanor
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
    • Proficient in MS Office products, Salesforce or similar CRM helpful
    • Willingness to work as team member or independently
