Job Description:

As the Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner, you will be responsible for performing budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This a mid/high level role with no direct reports but will work very closely with the Division President, VP of Sales and Director of Sales. Ideally this role would be located in Atlanta or Chicago with a hybrid work schedule. However we will consider fully remote candidates as well. #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote

  • Continuously improves pipeline management process to enhance seller production analysis and forecast accurate client delivery schedules.
  • Maintains and enhances CRM, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
  • Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with sales objectives.
  • Creates and maintains business development staffing and lead generation plans to support annual sales goals.
  • Collaborates on territory management, planning, reporting and annual review
  • Aligns inside selling efforts with internal support teams.
  • Assists with commission calculations, plan design, communication and roll-out
  • Maintains market specific demo databases with relevant storyboard, use cases and applicable data.
  • Integrates third party data to ensure the most current information is being used in the decision making process.
  • Builds new-to-world and technical seller market-specific training plans.
  • Enhances sales documentation and marking collaboration to achieve sales goals.
  • Progresses per market proposal management capabilities.
  • Produces reports on an ongoing basis and as-requested reports and dashboards for visibility into pipeline and sales progress, including month and year-end reports for management.
  • Assists sales and sales operations teams with additional projects as assigned. Qualifications
    • 5+ years of previous business to business (B2B) sales operations experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or applicable program.
    • Software industry experience preferred. Who We Are
