Mark Anthony Brands, Inc. is hiring a Distributor Service Representative who will be responsible for managing all aspects of MABI brands in the assigned market as well as oversee and implement wholesaler planning, programming, and account execution. Ultimately responsible for delivering the annual sales plan in the given market and acting as the conduit to drive multiple wholesalers' performance on sales volume, distribution and investment.As a Distributor Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:On-going and consistent communication with assigned wholesalers including monthly newsletters, regular business reviews and product orders/inventory monitoring.Build and execute all aspects of annual business plan with wholesaler network. Present brand plans, pricing and promotion, and programming to achieve annual KPIs.Analyze sales information and data from a variety of sources (IRI, Qlikview, Cognos, etc.) to identify future selling opportunities and assist in inventory managementMonitor and analyze assigned territory volume/distribution trends and budgets.Communicate, monitor and track program execution for Key Accounts and general market.Influence distributors to invest more in our brands and effectively manage budget/expenses.Responsible for tracking and reporting on-going and consistent market conditions through tools such as Qlikview and Cognos.Perform two market tours annually to key territories as planned out with manager and GM.Monthly Focus65% of time managing all wholesaler issues and meeting to include programming, pricing, forecasting, new product launches and ABP meetings, as well as all internal issues at wholesaler, kick-off meetings and POS management.35% of time managing all administrative requirements due on a monthly basis (forecasting, fiscal responsibility, distribution tracking, program execution tracking and performance management) as well as all local initiatives.The Distributor Service Representative position is well-suited for you if you: Stay knowledgeable on competitive trends and report appropriate developmentsMonitor and evaluate personal performance monthly and strive to develop skills in areas for personal growth.Work with partners in the field to share best practices, coordinate in-market execution drives/activations against key account/market initiatives and new item launches.Fully embody the MABI One culture by living our 5 Values: Authenticity, Trust, Focus, Humility and Sense of UrgencyQualified candidates will have:Hold a University bachelor's degree1-3 years of sales experience; phone sales preferredAlcohol beverage or CPG industry experience strongly preferredStrong analytical and math skillsAbility to fact-based sell and establish rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholdersAptitude with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); intermediate Excel skillsAbility to construct and present quality presentations both over the phone and in personAbility to relocate in 18-24 months is mandatory as high performers will be rewarded with new opportunities over time that will in most cases require mobilityRelocation Available?
