Job Description:

Freemodel is seeking an entrepreneurial and optimistic self-starter Client Advisor that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, self-motivated and operate with a sense of urgency. You should be comfortable handling both warm leads and lead research and cold outreach (email and calling). You should enjoy working with people and be comfortable quickly building a rapport with real estate agents and homeowners by phone or virtual meetings regularly. The Client Advisor will respond to inbound inquiries from real estate agents, homeowners or internal team members. Today, those inquiries come through email and the web, and phone. You will answer any questions about the Freemodel service, capture details about their renovation project and then assign that project to a Freemodel Project Director. In your spare time, you will work closely with a Freemodel Director of Partnerships to research and call on prospective real estate brokerage leaders. The ideal Client Advisor has 1-3 years of previous sales or business development experience. Ideally, you are knowledgeable about residential real estate and have an interest in residential renovation. As a Freemodel Client Advisor you will:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner by phone and by email, including questions and project assignments
  • Take detailed notes of all calls and record them in the CRM (ie: Update contact, company and deal information, etc.)
  • Assign Project Directors to projects based on location and availability
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success with any internal feedback or escalations
  • Research senior brokerage leaders and assist the Director of Partnerships in reaching out to those leaders to set-up presentations
  • Solicit referrals to potential brokerage partners from current clients as well as from Freemodel Project Directors
  • Keep up with Freemodel product offerings The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and self-motivated. The candidate should enjoy working with people and be comfortable quickly building a rapport. Required skills:
    • Strong phone presence with polished client communication
    • Willingness to make dozens of calls per day
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient working with Google Suite software and Hubspot or similar CRM systems
    • Experience working effectively both independently and within a team
    • Creative mindset
    • Deep problem-solving skills
    • BA/BS degree or relevant on the job experience

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
