Overview:GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEWelcome to over 40 years of

you!Responsibilities:
Provides and maintains the high
standards of guest service to enhance the spa/salon experience for
guests with the result of the guest always leaving happy.Ensures
customer needs are met, issues are resolved, and service is quick
and efficient.Utilize effective selling skills and in-depth
knowledge of spa/salon offerings to promote add-on services, gift
certificate sales, and retail sales.Responsible for meeting and
achieving both individual and front desk sales goals.Answer
incoming calls using the standard greeting in a timely manner and
book appointments based on specific service time
requirementsProvides reports to management regarding conflicts or
issues that may arise. Support technicians by managing schedules
and breaks, handling backlog and accommodating guests.Consistent
focus on maintaining updated guest files.Keep work area clean and
organized at all times and comply with all Company policies.Perform
general duties as assigned by management in a timely and accurate
manner.Qualifications:
Experience with reception desk,
hospitality, retail, or customer service in a fast-paced
environment.Comfortably handle escalated guest situations with
composure and compassion.Approachable, pleasant and spends the
extra effort to put others at ease.Strong analytical,
problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Effective
organizational skills, able to handle multiple duties
simultaneously.Flexible and available to work varied shifts,
including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.Previous cash
handling experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as
a team. *Paid time off and benefits contingent on company
requirements per role.
