Remote work, opportunity to travel across the US as we grow our
US Segment.Ability to run the booming midwest sales for the

is kept confidential.DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a
solid background in industrial machinery sales, demonstrate strong
business development skills, and have the ability to build lasting
client relationships.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategies to
meet sales goals and expand the company's presence in the
region.
- Business Development: Identify and engage with new potential
customers, exploring opportunities to introduce the company's
advanced machinery solutions.
- Client Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with
existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat
business.
- Product Knowledge: Conduct detailed product demonstrations,
explaining the benefits and features of the company's
machinery.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor
activities to provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics
accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and sales
reports to senior management, including forecasts and market
analysis.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel frequently within
the region for client meetings, trade shows, and on-site
visits.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related
field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the
industrial machinery or related sector.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage
time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.Job Offer-
Uncapped comissions (last year the sales team average was over
$200,000 total compensation)- Ability to run a region- Have a foot
