solve in their respective regions. Innovating, manufacturing, and
licensing manufacturing equipment under the brand names Redi-Rock,
Rosetta Hardscapes, Novum Wall, and Pole Base, we are always taking
the next step and improving what's available with precast modular
block retaining walls, artisan landscape blocks, slabs, pavers, and
light pole foundations.We are looking for a Business Sales
Consultant located in the Southwest US to service this territory,
in addition to Mexico and the Caribbean. The Business Sales
Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the success of our
licensed manufacturers by providing strategic guidance, industry
expertise, and ongoing business support.
- Focused on the Redi-Rock International, Novum Wall, and Pole
Base brands, this role works directly with clients to help them
optimize their operations, improve market positioning, and drive
sustainable growth. Additionally, the Business Sales Consultant
will actively pursue business development opportunities,
identifying potential partners and expanding our network of
licensed manufacturers to increase market reach.
- This role will assist clients in identifying opportunities for
improvement, implementing best practices, and overcoming challenges
within the precast concrete industry. It requires a deep
understanding of market dynamics, a consultative approach to sales,
and the ability to build strong relationships with independently
owned and operated businesses, while driving new growth
initiatives.
- With a travel expectation of 40-50%, the Business Sales
Consultant will engage with clients across the Southwest U.S.
territory, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to grow
their businesses successfully.As a Business Sales Consultant,
you'll be responsible to:
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products,
processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry
news.
- Support customer teams in forming, developing, and operating at
optimal levels of performance in organizational design, sales,
marketing, and manufacturing to support business leaders in making
informed, effective decisions around structures and processes.
- Shape opportunities, learning the client's perspective to
discover their needs and pain points, then match the benefits of
our product to solve those problems, outweighing the
competition.
- Actively build and manage relationships with all customers to
enhance and provide solutions.
- Collaborate and innovate with colleagues across our global
landscape to do what we can to make a difference for our
customers.
- Attend and assist in planning and presenting at educational
events for products, trade shows and other relevant
events.Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in sales or business consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in field experience.
- A basic understanding of computer skills.
