We are the worldwide go-to-market engine that partners across the organization and our business partners to build the sales strategy, activate sellers and technical communities, and accelerate selling every day.Your ImpactAs a Sales Acceleration Executive, you will build, launch, and incubate sales programs that drive revenue growth for Cisco's Compute and Data Center Networking portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic and proactive thinker who can synthesize high-level business goals with on-the-ground feedback into clear, actionable programs. Key skills include:

  • Syntheses and Clarity: Clarify directions, filter signal from noise, and distill essential ideas from multiple inputs.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Use broader sales strategy to prioritize initiatives, and guide stakeholders towards high-impact actions.
  • Execution with Alignment: Translate ideas into structured plans, align cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication.
  • Strong Communication & Influence: Listen, ask questions, summarize, and bridge leadership vision with frontline execution.
  • Business Acumen: Understand functions like sales, marketing, and operations to design practical, scalable programs.Minimum Qualifications
    • 7 years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • Proven success in building sales programs that drive revenue and efficiency
    • Skilled in opportunity qualification methodologies (MEDDIC preferred)Preferred Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
      • Strong executive communication skills
      • Proficiency in Cisco's Compute and Data Center Networking portfolio
      • Effective time and project management skills
      • Experience managing sales programs across international markets
