Job Description:
Opportunity to influence sustainable food innovation. Key role
in driving revenue growth within functional food and
nutraceuticals. Client Details Our client is a fast-growing,
innovation-driven manufacturer of natural food ingredients,
specializing in clean-label, plant-based, and functional ingredient
solutions for the food and beverage industry. With a strong
commitment to sustainability, quality, and customer collaboration,
they serve a wide range of clients from startups to global CPG
brands. Description Manage and grow a portfolio of food and
beverage clients across the world. Identify customer needs and
recommend appropriate ingredient solutions, leveraging a deep
understanding of food science and formulation. Collaborate with
internal R&D, technical services, and product development teams
to support customer projects from concept through
commercialization. Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales
presentations and product demos. Develop pricing strategies, manage
contracts, and meet/exceed annual sales targets. Attend trade
shows, customer meetings, and industry events to promote the
company and products. Provide market intelligence and customer
feedback to inform product innovation and marketing strategies.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or
related field (Master's preferred). 5 years of experience in B2B
technical sales in the food ingredients sector. Solid understanding
of clean-label, plant-based, or functional ingredient applications.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building
skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and
collaborate cross-functionally. Willingness to travel (~25-40%) for
