Sales Consultant Responsibilities: - Conduct in-home consultations to present roofing, siding, and window solutions - Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs - Manage your appointment schedule, follow-ups, and CRM documentation - Generate accurate project scopes, estimates, and contracts - Stay current on product knowledge and evolving sales techniques - Take initiative for personal development and continuous improvement - Uphold Ridge Top’s core values and commitment to exceptional customer experiences - Report directly to the Sales Manager Sales Consultant Requirements: - Proven track record of success in B2C sales—home improvement, construction, or building materials experience preferred - Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening or Saturday appointments based on customer needs (no appointments after 4:30 p.m. unless self-scheduled) - Ability to safely carry and climb a ladder to assess roof conditions from the ladder only—no roof access required - Reliable vehicle for attending customer appointments - Strong presentation skills with the ability to build value beyond price - Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems preferred Candidates with experience in home improvement or residential sales - such as Home Improvement Sales Consultant, Residential Sales Representative, Design Consultant, Exterior Sales Specialist, or Roofing and Siding Sales Representative - are encouraged to apply.
