Job Description:
The Vice President, Client Lead leads complex, high-value client
relationships and is responsible for selling Epsilon Media
Solutions across Groupe Media Accounts. Overseeing large,
multi-brand, multi-stakeholder accounts, this role drives long-term
growth, revenue expansion and delivery excellence within highly
matrixed environments. As an enterprise-level, strategic seller
with strong media acumen, the Vice President, Client Lead serves as
a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning cross-functional
teams to unlock revenue growth, expand media investment and
accelerate commercial outcomes. What You’ll Achieve • Drive Group
Account Growth o Personally own revenue growth across large,
complex Groupe Media Accounts, with accountability for commercial
performance and expansion o Identify, develop and close growth
opportunities selling Epsilon Media Solutions o Lead account
planning, forecasting and investment strategy in partnership with
internal stakeholders o Curate Connected Media cross-sell
opportunities across Epsilon & other VBS solutions to expand
revenue potential • Enterprise Client Partnership o Serve as the
primary executive-level client contact, acting as a trusted advisor
to senior stakeholders across marketing, media, data and technology
o Navigate complex, multi-brand, multi-agency and global client
structures with confidence and credibility o Build and sustain
long-term relationships with C-suite and senior client leadership o
Ensure seamless integration of Epsilon’s data and technology
capabilities into media programs • Media-Focused, Integrated
Solutions o Drive the development of media-centric, data-driven
strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes o Partner
closely with media, data, and technology experts to align audience,
identity, activation, and measurement solutions o Ensure Epsilon’s
media, data, and technology capabilities are effectively integrated
into client programs • Client Experience & Value Delivery o Develop
and oversee client success plans tied to measurable outcomes and
business KPIs o Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend
innovative solutions o Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and
client satisfaction across all engagements o Provide continuous
product feedback to help optimize offerings and strengthen
solutions. Who You Are • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
from four-year college or university is preferred. • 5 years of
experience in enterprise client management, sales, or marketing
within media, data, technology, or agency environments • Proven
success managing large, complex Group Accounts with multiple
stakeholders and significant revenue responsibility • Strong media
expertise, with a deep understanding of audience strategy,
activation, and measurement • A strategic, consultative leader who
can translate complex client objectives into integrated, actionable
solutions • Highly collaborative, with the ability to lead through
influence in matrixed organizations • A confident executive
communicator with strong negotiation and commercial acumen •
Data-driven and analytically minded, with a focus on delivering
measurable business results • Self-motivated, adaptable, and
comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, complex
environments
