setting and proven guest experience system to achieve goals in

technology, such as salon scheduling software, tablets, and credit
card machines Post/manage social media as recommended by FS Brand

guests about salon events, promotions and encourage future
appointment/retail products Call guests that have not visited
recently and invite them back Offer support and help to a guest or
team member when necessary Leverage educational opportunities and
