Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years

Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to identify student needs
related to social, emotional, and behavioral challenges - Develop
and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with
educators and families - Provide counseling and crisis intervention
to students - Advocate for students welfare and connect families
with external services - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure
compliance with school policies and legal requirements -
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student
issues holistically Qualifications and Skills: - Valid license to
work as a Social Worker within school settings - Experience working
with diverse student populations in educational environments -
Strong knowledge of social work principles, child development, and
community resources - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced school atmosphere Location: -
