Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized
support within schools located in the Waukesha, WI area. This role
involves delivering targeted speech and language interventions to
students, enhancing communication skills critical for their
academic and social success. The position includes opportunities
for travel between multiple school sites, allowing for varied and
engaging professional experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student
needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned
with educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
educational staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student challenges.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding
special education services. Preferred Qualifications: Masters
degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience
working within school settings, focusing on pediatric populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively
with students and staff. Ability and willingness to travel among
multiple school locations within the Waukesha area. Knowledge of
current therapy techniques and educational strategies. Location and
