Job Description:
RCM Healthcare seeks a passionate and dedicated Special

implementing curriculum and educational programs tailored for
students with special needs. Your efforts will facilitate inclusive

This position requires a blend of compassion, specialized
knowledge, and adaptive teaching methods to address the individual
needs of each student and foster a positive and supportive learning
environment. Assess students' abilities and craft personalized
educational plans Create engaging and effective lesson plans based
on students' needs Utilize various curriculum resources integrating
technology to enhance learning Collaborate with parents, teachers,
and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support Monitor
and report on student progress and adapt educational strategies
accordingly Manage behavior and establish a supportive learning
environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in adaptive education technologies and tools Ability to
create and implement tailored educational plans Knowledge of
current special education practices and laws Medical Insurance Life
Insurance 401k State Teaching Certification in Special Education
First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
