We're partnering with a client located near O'Hare Airport on an exciting Customer Quality Engineering opportunity. This role focuses on supporting primarily automotive customers, requiring a strong ability to collaborate across internal departments while also serving as the main point of contact for customer relationships and managing all corrective action processes.
